Using Americatel’s Prepagado service is easy and convenient.
- Sign up online or over the phone and choose your initial purchase amount ($10, $25, $50 or $100).
- Register up to 4 landline or cell phone numbers on your account.
- Dial the Prepagado access number (877-707-0123) from your registered phone
- Follow the prompts to place your call. Dial 011 before international calls and 1 before calls to the U.S. and Canada.
- Remember do not press the OK/SEND button after dialing your destination number.

- Log in to Americatel My Account (https://myaccount.americatel.com) – you can use your registered phone number as the username and account number as the password.
- Click on My Billing – “Make a Payment” on the left hand side of the screen.
- Follow the instructions to choose a payment method and select a recharge amount.
