How to change your personal account details

It’s simple to change your email, password and address information online with My Account:

1. Log in to Americatel My Account (https://myaccount.americatel.com) – you can use your registered phone number as the username and account number as the password.
2. Click on My Account Information – on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Click the Edit button next to the section you would like to update.
4. Enter your new information and click the Submit button.
